Your tickets are available in the confirmation email we sent you, and you can also access them by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Tickets' section.

To cancel a booking, log into your account, go to 'My Bookings', select the booking you wish to cancel, and follow the cancellation instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the event's cancellation policy.

Refund policies vary by event. Check the specific event's cancellation policy before booking. Generally, cancellations made 24+ hours before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page and select 'Create Account'. You can sign up using your email address or continue with Google. Creating an account lets you track bookings and save favorites.
